The new Bombardier Global 8000 is an ultra-long-range business jet under development by Bombardier Aerospace. Global 8000 – the fastest business jet on earth

The Global 8000 will have a top speed of 0.94 MACH (1,161 KM/H) (721 MPH)- The fastest of any civil aircraft since Concorde. The Global 8000 test aircraft reached a top speed of Mach 1.01 in-flight testing (while being powered on Sustainable Aviation Fuel SAF) and this was confirmed by a NASA chase plane.
To make this possible, Bombardier has designed an advancement in new wing technology and aerodynamics.

Global 7500 has a lower price than its competitors – $2 million cheaper

In this next-generation Global costing over USD 73 Million, there is the option of adding an on-master suite which includes a permanent bed and true stand-up shower.

There is heavy competition from Gulfstream’s G700 and Dassault’s Falcon 10X will soon enter the market.

The Dassault Falcon 10X and Gulfstream G700 are the two main competitors to the Global 7500 in the ultra long range market.

Global 7500 vs Falcon 10X and G700 – which one is better?

The Dassault Falcon 10X and Gulfstream G700 will both have a range of 7500NM while the Bombardier Global 7500 will exceed this range by 200NM to a maximum range of 7,700 NM. In addition, the Global 7500 has a list price of USD 73 million compared to the G700 and Falcon 10X which are priced at approximately USD 75 million new.

The customers of the Bombardier Global 7500 have been so happy with the performance and cabin of the 7500. The Global 8000 will be based on the design of the Global 7500. In addition, the CEO of Bombardier said that Global 7500 customers can upgrade to the 8000 if they wish.

The Bombardier Global 7500 has set a new standard in the business aviation in the ultra-long range business jet category. In addition to its exceptional cabin with four true living areas and its state-of-the-art filtration system, the Global 7500 is a hard business jet to beat. In fact, compared to the Dassault Falcon 10X and Gulfstream G700 the Global 7500 is $2 million cheaper to buy and offers 200 nautical miles more in range.

Also to add, the Global 7500 entered service in 2018 meaning it had a four-year head start over its competitors. Moreover, by the time the Dassault Falcon 10X and Gulfstream G700 enter service, Bombardier will be well on the way to introducing the Global 8000. Furthermore, the Global 8000 will fly over 8000 nautical miles while maintaining the same fuselage as the 7500.
